Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab Unit

Position Summary

The Staff Occupational Therapist supports Montage Health's mission by providing quality occupational therapy services. They apply evidence-based practices to improve health, well-being, and life satisfaction for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in occupations that promote therapeutic change.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with care team members across disciplines.
• Tactful interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in word processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the Occupational Therapy Board of California.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• QI credential required within 90 days of employment, to be maintained annually.

Pay

The position is offered on a 0.9 FTE basis, with 72 hours per pay period. Hourly shift differentials apply based on work schedule.

Schedule

Regular work hours are determined by the employee's assigned shifts.
