Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab
About the role
Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to promote independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Provide professional consultations to enhance patient/client outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Or equivalent education/experience
Qualifications
- Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Skills
- Excellent patient/client evaluation and treatment skills
- Proficiency in professional consultations
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

$43.64 - $67.74 per hour
