Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR) or Occupational Therapist (OT) required, with registration obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

What You Will Do
- Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.

- Maintain thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to build understanding, confidence, and engagement throughout recovery and beyond.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care, safe environments, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Lead by example—providing guidance to therapy assistants or students and upholding HCA Healthcare’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
