Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR) or Occupational Therapist (OT) required, with registration obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs, then develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team.

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation that reflects quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding, confidence, and engagement throughout recovery and beyond.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to ensure seamless transitions of care, safe environments, and exceptional patient experiences.
• Lead by example—providing guidance to therapy assistants or students and upholding HCA Healthcare’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.
