Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants and technicians
- Document assessments and progress
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Mentor peers and students
- Assist with patient discharge planning
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid Florida OT license
- BLS certification
- Physical capabilities including lifting, reaching, and standing
- Adherence to safety and health protocols
