Key Responsibilities

  • Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols.
  • Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses
  • Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals
  • Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs
  • Instructing and educating patients/families
  • Arranging follow-up services as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of licensed OT experience required
  • Licensure/Certifications: Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist – Inpatient, to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Boston location;

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
