About the role

Make a meaningful impact by providing specialized occupational therapy services to patients at the end of life. You will evaluate patients' functional status, develop personalized care plans, teach daily living skills, fabricate splints, and instruct on adaptive equipment use. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and the care team ensures seamless care transitions, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Registration with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • At least two years of clinical experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
