Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy Experience

About the role

BenchMark Physical Therapist, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Occupational Therapists — including new grads — for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy positions in Concord and Davidson.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
• Hand therapy experience required

Qualifications

• Competitive Occupational Therapist salary: $80,000-$95,000
