Integrity Rehab Group partners with Northeast Orthopedic Sports Clinic & Physical Therapy to provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services in Rainbow City, AL. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist-Hand Therapist who is committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through comprehensive evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient-centered care with physician partners. - Provide advanced hand therapy services. - Build integral relationships with physician partners. - Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment. - Participate in opportunities for hand surgeon interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation. - Receive therapy license renewal reimbursement. - Engage in leadership development coursework and mentorship.

Requirements

- Current or pending OT license. - Hand Therapy experience. - Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program. - CPR certified.

Pay

$76,000 - $90,000 / year
