About the role

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
• Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams; making referrals as needed.
• Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels.
• Completing accurate documentation according to departmental policies.
• Performing assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• No prior experience required.
