Occupational Therapist Float

About the role

The Occupational Therapist Float is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs
• Establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plan
• Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates long term and/or short term residents’ needs
• Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents
• Provides treatment to all BHS communities as needed; may be required to travel to multiple sites in a day

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing
• Bachelor’s degree

Pay

$40.00 - $52.00 per hour
