Occupational (Float) Therapist

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every 4 weeks and one rotating holiday per year. Work location: UW Health 209 9th St Clinic.

Pay

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Illinois state license (or authorization to test) at time of employment; new hires must provide evidence of licensure eligibility before starting work
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification
• Participation in ongoing educational programs and completion of mandatory continuing education units (CEUs)
