About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children from birth through age three and their families using a coaching model to empower parents.
  • Provide supports and techniques to help children succeed and achieve their goals.
  • Deliver services in the child’s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
  • At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
  • Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (includes infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Completion of fellowship year and earned Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Pay

This is a per-visit, part-time position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part-time or full-time based on need and flexibility.
