About the role
Join our Early Childhood Services in Cambridge /Somerville as an Occupational Therapist in our Early Intervention program. Our interdisciplinary team supports families with children (0-3 years) who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship-based approach.
Responsibilities
- Support families with children (0-3 years) who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship-based approach.
- Develop relationships with families, and grow in our understanding of their values, beliefs, priorities, routines, sources of stress, goals and intervention needs.
- Strengthen the mutual enjoyment of daily activities and interactions between children and their caregivers, while attending to specific delays and challenges.
- Focus on motor, feeding, and sensory integration aspects of the child’s treatment plan.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly discipline specific meetings and staff meetings.
- Attend weekly reflective supervision.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or an OTD.
- Independent Licensure preferred.
- Experience in early intervention, special needs populations and early childhood preferred.
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay
$64,613.12/salaried to $78,611.73/salaried depending on years of experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours.
