About the role

Provides occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation, treatment, education, and consultation to optimize patient abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Treating patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Performing wheelchair and cognition evaluations
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Managing documentation and administrative tasks
• Providing staff education and mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Schedule

Coverage includes weekend shifts approximately every 6-8 weeks, with shifts ranging from half to full days.
