About the Role

Provide patient assessments and therapy services in clients' homes, evaluating functional status and delivering evidence-based care within the scope of practice while adhering to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional status and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Perform home assessments, recommend adaptive equipment, and monitor patient responses to treatment.
• Provide evidence-based therapy within scope of practice, adhering to state regulations and care plans.
• Document patient progress, observe changes, and report to healthcare team members.
• Serve diverse patient populations regardless of age, race, creed, or socioeconomic status.

Requirements

• Current OT licensure in Florida.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
