Occupational Therapist

United Hospital District has an opening for a full-time Occupational Therapist in their Rehab department.

About the role

• Floating between Blue Earth and Fairmont sites as needed
• Provides inpatient, outpatient, and home health occupational therapy services
• Approximately 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions to promote independence and participation in daily activities
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized treatment programs
• Documents progress and communicates with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• MN OT license
• Eligible for Iowa licensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Minnesota and Iowa licenses
