About the Role

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! The Occupational Therapist leads occupational therapy services by overseeing staff, clinical operations, and service delivery. This role provides clinical and operational oversight, conducts clinical assessments and provides recommendations to support care planning, supports staff development, and ensures services align with standards of practice. This role supports effective rehabilitation services and promotes positive functional outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead occupational therapy services and staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to occupational therapy staff and support personnel.
• Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations to support care planning and member needs.
• Monitor therapy outcomes and functional progress to support effective service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and documentation practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and one (1) year of experience working with the co-occurring of physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition population.
• Fully licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium's Mid State Region or within 75 miles, which includes the following counties: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, and Richmond.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
• Experience in all three (3) areas listed above.

$76,527 - $100,146
