What You’ll Do

• Perform assessments and demonstrates proficiency in body mechanics and growth/development of all ages.
• Ability to interpret and identify functional goals and objectives to build treatment plans.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their family.
• Requires the ability to ensure accurate documentation for treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and evaluations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, providers, and other team members.
• Retains accurate knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice for compliance purposes.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Participates in continuous education and best practices.
