About the role
A permanent Physical Therapist position is available starting ASAP in April. Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skills
- Knowledge of common orthopedic conditions and treatments
- Experience with manual therapy techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
