About the role

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Williamston House & Windsor House, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Williamston & Windsor, NC.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• No Weekends or Holidays

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $46-$50/hr

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• 0-1 years experience
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Other duties as assigned
