Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Sets up for success with personalized orientation.
• Provides occupational therapy services including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Maintains a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Has a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Has 0-1 years of experience in occupational therapy.
• Holds a current valid CPR certification, preferred.
