Our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered therapy services to infants and toddlers in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for someone who shares that same heart for early intervention.

What You'll Be Doing

• Congducting evaluations and providing therapy for infants and young children in homes, daycares, or via teletherapy.
• Developing individualized care plans that are meaningful and family-centered.
• Educating and partnering with parents, caregivers, and teachers on therapy strategies and child development.
• Documenting progress and maintaining thorough patient records.
• Collaborating with a wonderful multidisciplinary team to provide whole-child, holistic care.

What We're Looking For

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• A Florida OT license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience working with children.
• A genuine love for working with little ones and an eagerness to grow in infant and toddler therapy.
• The ability to work independently while embracing a team-first culture.
