About the Role

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and playful Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver in-home occupational therapy services that help children gain independence, confidence, and the skills they need for everyday life. This is a PRN or part-time position with flexible scheduling options, based in Lufkin, TX. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, compassion, and expert care to each child's journey as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
