What You’ll Do

  • Support children and individuals across the lifespan with medically complex, developmental, sensory, and behavioral needs—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services in clinic and school-based settings.
  • Maintain a 26-billable-hour weekly productivity target.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families and school teams.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress notes.
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise COTAs with a monthly supervision stipend provided per COTA

What You Bring

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date).
  • Passion for pediatric and lifespan populations.
  • Ability to collaborate across clinic and school environments.
