What You'll Do
- Carry out evidence-based evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, speech therapists, and care managers.
- Deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care with a strong focus on communication and customer service.
- Communicate professionally and effectively within the team and across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a valid occupational therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
Additional Information
Successful candidates will have clinical experience in the Acute practice setting.

Department: Acute Rehabilitation
Position Type: Full Time, 36 hours/week, Exempt
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, four 9-hour shifts, with rotating weekends within a four-week rotation
