About the role
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist (OTR) to join our team. We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses including sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits, and more.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses
- Collaborate with other professionals to support patient goals and skill development
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs
- Provide individualized care and complete documentation requirements
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures
- Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and evidence-based practices
- Adhere to state practice act and relevant laws
- Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care within guidelines
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy
- State occupational therapist license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver’s license
Qualifications
- Mentorship and collaborative approach to care
- Experience with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$70,000 - $82,000 annually, based on years of experience
