Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, organize, and administer occupational therapy services according to current standards and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records management.
- Collaborate with occupational/physical therapist assistants to provide training and guidance.
- Prepare and document treatment programs based on patient evaluations.
- Administer manual exercises and instruct patients in various physical activities.
- Fit and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices as needed.
- Coordinate treatment with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current, unrestricted license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the assigned state.
Qualifications
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required. A commitment to excellence and a collaborative approach are essential.

- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
