Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' and residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient and resident progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• Licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
