Occupational Therapist

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Milford, DE Job Type: Part-Time (Potential to transition to Full-Time based on census) Role Overview We are seeking a certified, experienced pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPECC). In this role, you will deliver group and individual OT sessions and complete evaluations (initial and 6-month progress updates) for medically complex children (primarily ages 0-3) in a supportive, nurse-staffed pediatric medical daycare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations, 6-month progress updates, and personalized OT treatment plans for assigned pediatric patients.Deliver individual and group occupational therapy sessions tailored to children with diverse medical complexities.Collaborate with an on-site team of nurses, nursing assistants, and therapy colleagues to support physical and developmental milestones.Set and manage your own therapy schedule within clinic operating hours. Work Schedule Flexible part-time hours within clinic operating hours (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM).No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts.Closed on all major holidays. Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapist; OT assistants cannot be accepted at this time.Must have completed supervisory/clinical year and be capable of working independently (new grads not accepted).Demonstrated experience working with medically complex children.Willingness to travel to New Castle for training (mileage reimbursement provided).
