About the role
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Promoting maximum independence aligned with individual needs and potential
- Providing professional consultations to support patient recovery and functional improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Occasional specialized training as needed
