About the role

You will promote patients' physical, personal, and emotional well-being and work with the Plymouth Physical Therapy Solutions teams to strive to reach the goal, returning the patient to their maximum level of self-care and independence when possible.

Responsibilities

• Promote patients' physical, personal, and emotional well-being
• Work with the Plymouth Physical Therapy Solutions teams to achieve patient goals
• Return patients to their maximum level of self-care and independence

Requirements

• Motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist/Hand Therapist
• Experience in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Michigan
• Current CHT certification preferred
• Knowledge of functional assessment and treatment techniques
• Experience with hand therapy and orthopedic conditions

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
