About the role

Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Sanford is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant/OT for per diem shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility with a population of skilled Rehab patients and long-term residents.
• Conduct evaluations, plan individual treatment programs and set goals.
• Implement actual resident treatments and participate in discharge planning.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited program of occupational therapy or completion of AOTA career mobility program.
• Must hold valid Maine State licensure in Occupational Therapy Services.
