About the role
Responsible for designing and implementing therapeutic programs to improve physical function and quality of life for patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions and oversee patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current license to practice occupational therapy
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
- Experience with patient assessment tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
