About the role

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Document progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state OT licensure or registration.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
