Responsibilities

• Addresses the performance of everyday activities and participation in roles and situations within the home and community.
• Promotes health and wellness for individuals with or at risk of developing illnesses, injuries, diseases, disorders, conditions, impairments, disabilities, activity limitations, or restricted participation in activities.

Qualifications

• Holds an active license and can practice in the state of Colorado.
• Preferrably has at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in Home Health.
• Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses adequate and effective interpersonal skills.

Pay

$80,000-100,000 per visit.
