This position showcases your skills in client evaluation and treatment, to achieve maximum client independence, optimizing individual functional level and potential. Plan and prepare treatment plans based on evaluation to assist clients in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability while in the comfort and security of their home. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Minnesota licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with individuals in home health settings preferred
