About the role

Neulife Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical and mental condition to determine the level of impairment and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities designed to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and recovery strategies.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Louisiana.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in rehabilitation or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt therapies to patient needs.
