Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients, including interventions and therapeutic activities designed to promote physical and cognitive functioning
• Document patient progress and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
• 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Pay

$45-$55/hour

As part of Florida House Bill 531 requirements, this position requires a background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
