Provide personalized therapeutic care for residents within senior living communities.
Grow as a leader through community partnership
Build relationships with patients and colleagues, participate in community partnerships, and lead initiatives to improve care delivery.
Provide resident wellness education through consultations, program delivery and patient awareness
- Conduct consultations and educational programs to promote resident wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement wellness programs.
- Awareness campaigns to educate residents and families about health and wellness topics.
Desirable Monday—Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements
