Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to children with special needs, focusing on compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy evaluations for children referred by primary care physicians.
• Provide therapy services including but not limited to fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.
• Work closely with teachers, teachers' assistants, and other members of the treatment team to ensure each child's needs are met.
• Collaborate with psychologists, nutritionists, and audiologists to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
• One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience/Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills/Abilities: Effective communication, strong organizational skills, basic computer skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and problem-solving abilities.
