About the role

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team of clinicians. We believe our kiddos and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to children with developmental disabilities or delays.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, teachers' assistants, psychologists, nurses, and nutritionists.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
  • Conduct developmental screenings and therapy evaluations as needed.
  • Collaborate with families to support home-based therapy and ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to work with children between the ages of birth to 6 who are at risk.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification: Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience/Knowledge: One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
