About the role
Provide compassionate, skilled care to patients in their homes. Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs, mobility, and rehabilitation
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health care or related field
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
