Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are a clinician-founded and mission-driven organization dedicated to delivering progressive and compassionate care to children with diverse needs. This role is a split position between our Merrillville and Munster clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are
• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans
• Guide and support caregivers and staff
• Participate in IEP development and implementation
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state
