About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Royersford, PA.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting
- Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that focus on meaningful outcomes
- Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that values rehabilitation
- Documenting care using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required
- Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly
- A team player who balances clinical skill with compassion
