Occupational Therapist

About the role

We're seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Royersford, PA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting
• Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that focus on meaningful outcomes
• Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that values rehabilitation
• Documenting care using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required
• Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly
• A team player who balances clinical skill with compassion
