100% remote W2 employment. Must hold a state license in Virginia and be located in Virginia.

Pay

Clinical rate: $40–$54/hour (covers both direct sessions and documentation time).

Flexible, self-designed schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Part-time hourly opportunities available; PRN availability varies by market. Clients typically seek services after 3:30 pm on weekdays and early mornings or afternoons on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
• Individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
