Occupational Therapist

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists to join their dynamic team. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care
• Provide excellent care for our patients
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, answer their concerns and educate them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care and reset goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [State]
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
