Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is now hiring a passionate and patient-focused Occupational Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facilities in Bedford, NH. In this role, you will determine appropriate occupational therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional abilities, daily living skills, and cognitive performanceDevelop and implement individualized care plans focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and other goals that matter to your patientsLead wellness initiatives and group fitness classes to encourage healthy habits and social engagement among patientsCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff to support optimal patient outcomes and quality careEducate patients and families about strategies to improve independence and better quality of lifeDocument patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMRDeliver care at one or more assisted living locations, providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors Why Join Engage?
