We are excited to offer a part-time, with the potential to move to full-time, Occupational Hand Therapist opportunity working at our Del Rio clinic.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong operational and leadership skills to nurture team development.
• Excellent organizational skills to optimize efficiency.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expertise in teaching and utilizing EMR software.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Texas OT License (Required).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Hand therapy experience required.
• New graduates with clinical experience in hand therapy are welcome to apply.
• Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
• Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
• Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.

Pay

Earn a base salary of up to $46 per hour, depending on your experience and certification(s). Plus, participate in our uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, where you determine how much you earn.
