Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
