About the role
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for our community based early intervention program throughout greater Philadelphia. We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children and families in various settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document all services provided accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must have a Master's Degree from an accredited university.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and families in early intervention programs.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficient in using various therapeutic interventions and techniques.
- Skilled in assessing and treating a wide range of developmental and functional impairments.
- Knowledgeable in the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
