Occupational Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for our community based early intervention program throughout greater Philadelphia. We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children and families in various settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all services provided accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Must have a Master's Degree from an accredited university.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families in early intervention programs.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficient in using various therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Skilled in assessing and treating a wide range of developmental and functional impairments.
